{"id":120184,"date":"2026-02-26T11:27:11","date_gmt":"2026-02-26T10:27:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.practicalaboral.com\/?p=120184"},"modified":"2026-03-18T12:44:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T11:44:13","slug":"una-ruta-por-la-historia-de-las-relaciones-laborales-en-espana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.practicalaboral.com\/?p=120184","title":{"rendered":"Una ruta por la historia de las relaciones laborales en Espa\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;877738&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de las actividades del <strong>Club de Pr\u00e1ctica Laboral<\/strong> y en el marco de la l\u00ednea Encuentros-Compartimos Inter\u00e9s, os proponemos para este 2026 un itinerario de visitas por la historia del Derecho del Trabajo en Madrid a trav\u00e9s de espacios de relevancia institucional, jur\u00eddica y social, en un ciclo pensado para disfrutar juntos de nuestra disciplina desde una perspectiva diferente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La primera visita, Industrializaci\u00f3n, trabajo urbano y los primeros conflictos sociales, nos llevar\u00e1 al Madrid que se industrializa y al origen de las primeras reivindicaciones obreras, con el distrito de Arganzuela como escenario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esta ocasi\u00f3n, contaremos con <strong>Francisco Juez Juarros<\/strong> (Doctor en Geograf\u00eda e Historia, especialista en Arte Contempor\u00e1neo, Arte Isl\u00e1mico e Historia de Madrid; Profesor asociado en la <strong>UCM<\/strong> y gu\u00eda del <strong>Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza<\/strong> as\u00ed como comisario de varias exposiciones sobre Madrid y autor de diversos libros sobre sus barrios), quien aportar\u00e1 una visi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica del proceso de industrializaci\u00f3n y de las transformaciones sociales de la \u00e9poca. La perspectiva hist\u00f3rica se completar\u00e1 con la intervenci\u00f3n de nuestro socio <strong>Jacobo Mart\u00ednez<\/strong> y su equipo, que comentar\u00e1n c\u00f3mo fue evolucionando el <strong>Derecho del Trabajo<\/strong> en aquellos a\u00f1os y c\u00f3mo empezaron a surgir los primeros marcos normativos que acabar\u00edan dando lugar a las llamadas<strong> \u201cleyes de f\u00e1brica\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_height_percent=&#8221;0&#8243;
