Este Plan tiene como objetivo principal fortalecer el papel de la Inspecci\u00f3n en la garant\u00eda de los derechos laborales y sociales en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El plan expone los objetivos principales de la Inspecci\u00f3n. Estos objetivos est\u00e1n divididos en dos ejes. El primero, relacionado con la actividad inspectora, incluye 10 objetivos centrados en \u00e1reas clave como las relaciones laborales individuales y colectivas, la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, la igualdad y no discriminaci\u00f3n, la promoci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n del empleo, la seguridad social, y la lucha contra el trabajo no declarado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El segundo eje, que se enfoca en la organizaci\u00f3n interna, tiene 7 objetivos dirigidos a implementar medidas estructurales, organizativas y operativas, con el fin de mejorar la calidad, eficacia y eficiencia del servicio p\u00fablico de la Inspecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Plan tambi\u00e9n incorpora un anexo con un cuadro de correspondencia entre los objetivos de la Agenda 2030 y los del Plan Estrat\u00e9gico. En este contexto, la misi\u00f3n de la Inspecci\u00f3n se alinea con varios Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), tales como el ODS 8 (&#8220;Trabajo decente y crecimiento econ\u00f3mico&#8221;), el ODS 5 (&#8220;Igualdad de g\u00e9nero&#8221;), el ODS 3 (&#8220;Salud y bienestar&#8221;) y el ODS 1 (&#8220;Fin de la pobreza&#8221;).
