El trabajador, despu\u00e9s de ser diagnosticado con gastroenteritis en junio de 2017, no se present\u00f3 a trabajar al d\u00eda siguiente. El trabajador falsific\u00f3 un parte de baja para justificar su ausencia y lo envi\u00f3 por correo electr\u00f3nico a la empresa.&lt;\/p&gt;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&lt;p style=&#8221;text-align: justify;&#8221;&gt;El Ministerio Fiscal apel\u00f3 la sentencia de la Audiencia Provincial de Barcelona, que hab\u00eda absuelto al acusado, y el Tribunal Supremo estim\u00f3 el recurso, declarando que el acusado cometi\u00f3 un delito de falsedad documental.&lt;\/p&gt;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&lt;p style=&#8221;text-align: justify;&#8221;&gt;Aunque los documentos fueron enviados de forma digital y no como originales f\u00edsicos, el tribunal aclar\u00f3 que los partes de baja y alta son documentos oficiales generados administrativamente.
