Seg\u00fan fuentes conocedoras del fallo, el CEDS considera que la normativa espa\u00f1ola no se ajusta al art\u00edculo 24 de la Carta Social Europea y al Convenio 158 de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo (en adelante, \u201cOIT\u201d), que garantizan el derecho de las personas trabajadoras despedidas sin raz\u00f3n v\u00e1lida \u201ca recibir una indemnizaci\u00f3n adecuada o a otra reparaci\u00f3n apropiada\u201d. |<\/p>\n<p>The resolution of the European Committee of Social Rights (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;ECSR&#8221;), not yet officially published, regarding compensation for unfair dismissal in Spain has recently been announced.
