text_color_type=&#8221;uncode-palette&#8221;]Novedades[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;180362&#8243;]Caso: Un empleado en excedencia voluntaria durante 4 a\u00f1os, a la finalizaci\u00f3n de la misma, ejerci\u00f3 su derecho legal a solicitar el reingreso de conformidad con su derecho preferente para volver a la empresa si hab\u00eda vacantes disponibles. La empresa le respondi\u00f3 literalmente lo siguiente: <em>&#8220;no tenemos vacantes y le mantendremos informado si surge alguna en el futuro<\/em>&#8220;. 5 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, el empleado ejerci\u00f3 de nuevo el derecho a solicitar a la empresa una vacante.
