Anteriormente, en la LISOS se inclu\u00edan multas administrativas al respecto, y ahora, se considerar\u00e1 una infracci\u00f3n penal.<\/p>\n<p>Penas de prisi\u00f3n y multas: Con la modificaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 311 del C\u00f3digo Penal, se a\u00f1ade el apartado 2.
