{"id":118214,"date":"2023-01-06T12:12:37","date_gmt":"2023-01-06T11:12:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.espracticalaboral.com\/?page_id=118214"},"modified":"2025-12-05T15:51:46","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T14:51:46","slug":"politica-de-seguridad-eversheds","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.practicalaboral.com\/?page_id=118214","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00edtica de Seguridad | Eversheds"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pol\u00edtica de seguridad<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eversheds Sutherland (en adelante Eversheds Sutherland o la Organizaci\u00f3n) est\u00e1 muy comprometida ofreciendo un asesoramiento integral que cubre las necesidades de nuestros clientes en las principales \u00e1reas del derecho, donde la creciente digitalizaci\u00f3n hace fundamental implementar buenas pr\u00e1cticas en seguridad para conseguir los objetivos de confidencialidad, integridad, disponibilidad y legalidad de toda la informaci\u00f3n gestionada por la Organizaci\u00f3n durante la ejecuci\u00f3n de sus procesos de negocio.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En consecuencia, la Organizaci\u00f3n mantiene las siguientes directrices de aplicaci\u00f3n a tener en cuenta en el marco del Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Seguridad de la Informaci\u00f3n (SGSI):<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Confidencialidad: La informaci\u00f3n tratada por Eversheds Sutherland ser\u00e1 conocida exclusivamente por las personas autorizadas, previa identificaci\u00f3n, en el momento y por los medios habilitados.<\/li>\r\n<li>Integridad: La informaci\u00f3n tratada por Eversheds Sutherland ser\u00e1 completa, exacta y v\u00e1lida, siendo su contenido el facilitado por los afectados sin ning\u00fan tipo de manipulaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\r\n<li>Disponibilidad: La informaci\u00f3n tratada por Eversheds Sutherland estar\u00e1 accesible y utilizable por los usuarios autorizados e identificados en todo momento, quedando garantizada su propia persistencia ante cualquier eventualidad prevista.<\/li>\r\n<li>Legalidad: Eversheds Sutherland garantizar\u00e1 el cumplimiento de toda legislaci\u00f3n que le sea de aplicaci\u00f3n. Y en concreto, la normativa en vigor relacionada con el tratamiento de datos de car\u00e1cter personal.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mediante esta pol\u00edtica, la Direcci\u00f3n General asume la responsabilidad de apoyar y promover el establecimiento de las medidas organizativas, t\u00e9cnicas y de control necesarias para el cumplimiento de las directrices de seguridad aqu\u00ed descritas.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, todas las pol\u00edticas y procedimientos incluidos en el SGSI ser\u00e1n revisados, aprobados e impulsados por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Eversheds Sutherland.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta Pol\u00edtica de Seguridad ser\u00e1 mantenida, actualizada y adecuada a los fines de la organizaci\u00f3n, aline\u00e1ndose con el contexto de gesti\u00f3n de riesgos estrat\u00e9gica de la organizaci\u00f3n. A este efecto se revisar\u00e1 a intervalos planificados o siempre que se produzcan cambios significativos, a fin de asegurar que se mantenga su idoneidad, adecuaci\u00f3n y eficacia. Asimismo, para gestionar los riesgos que afronta Eversheds Sutherland se define un procedimiento de evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos formalmente
